This page applies to Treasurium's Fintech-related tools, content, and agents (collectively, the "Fintech Content"), including anything described on our Fintech page.
1. Informational only — not advice
The Fintech Content is provided for informational and operational purposes only. Nothing on this website or produced by our agents constitutes financial, investment, trading, legal, tax, or accounting advice, and nothing is a recommendation, offer, or solicitation to buy, sell, or hold any asset. You should not act on any information provided without seeking professional advice from a licensed adviser who understands your circumstances.
2. Significant risk, including total loss
Trading and holding financial and digital assets — including cryptocurrencies, derivatives, and prediction-market positions — involves substantial risk. Values can move sharply, liquidity can disappear, and you can lose some or all of your capital. You should only deploy capital that you can afford to lose entirely.
3. No guaranteed returns; past performance
Past performance, backtests, simulated results, and historical charts are not indicative of future results. No outcome or return is guaranteed, whether express or implied. Any figures or examples shown are illustrative only.
4. Automated agents run under your control
Any agents you configure, fund, or operate using our services do so under your direction and on your infrastructure and accounts. You are responsible for choosing strategies, funding accounts, setting risk limits, monitoring performance, and complying with the terms of any exchange, broker, wallet, or venue you use. Treasurium is not a broker, dealer, investment adviser, custodian, exchange, or money transmitter.
5. Do your own research
You are responsible for evaluating the merits and risks of any strategy, asset, product, or venue before committing capital. Do your own research and consult qualified professionals as appropriate for your jurisdiction.
6. Regulatory context, AML/KYC
Financial and digital-asset regulation varies by jurisdiction and changes over time. Where any offering or interaction with a regulated counterparty (for example, an exchange or broker) requires anti-money-laundering ("AML") or know-your-customer ("KYC") checks, it is your responsibility to complete those checks with the relevant counterparty. We may decline to work on projects that we believe create material AML, sanctions, or other compliance risk.
7. Third-party services
The Fintech Content may reference or interact with third-party exchanges, brokers, protocols, wallets, or data providers. We do not control those third parties and are not responsible for their acts, omissions, uptime, or losses caused by them.
8. Jurisdictional restrictions
The Fintech Content is not directed at any person in any jurisdiction where its availability or use would be contrary to local law. It is your responsibility to determine whether your use is lawful in your location.
