You may not use our website, services, or agents in any way that is unlawful, deceptive, harmful, or that infringes the rights of others.
2. Prohibited activities
- Violating any law, regulation, or third-party right, including intellectual property, privacy, publicity, and contract rights.
- Generating, distributing, or facilitating fraud, phishing, spam, scams, malware, ransomware, or any other malicious code.
- Using our services to defame, harass, threaten, or discriminate against any person or group.
- Producing content that sexually exploits minors or promotes real-world harm.
- Building or operating agents that impersonate a real person or organization without clear authorization and disclosure.
- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any system, account, or data, including probing, scanning, or testing the vulnerability of any system without written permission.
- Interfering with or disrupting the integrity or performance of the services, or the data they contain.
- Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any part of the services except to the extent permitted by law.
- Using the services to make legally binding decisions in high-risk domains (such as medical, legal, safety-critical, employment, credit, or immigration decisions) without appropriate human oversight and professional judgment.
- Circumventing usage limits, security features, or content policies.
- Using the services to develop competing products by scraping, benchmarking, or bulk data collection.
3. Financial and crypto-related use
Our Fintech-oriented tools are informational and operational and are not investment advice. You are solely responsible for any trading, portfolio, or crypto-related activity you configure or run. You may not use our services in connection with market manipulation, insider trading, sanctions evasion, money laundering, or any activity that violates applicable financial or AML/KYC laws.
4. Enforcement
We may investigate suspected violations and take any action we consider appropriate, including warning users, suspending or terminating access, removing content, and reporting activity to law enforcement.
