This policy describes how Treasurium AI Labs Corp and anyone speaking about Treasurium on our behalf — including employees, contractors, affiliates, and key-opinion-leader / influencer partners (collectively, "Endorsers") — disclose material connections. It is designed to align with the U.S. Federal Trade Commission's Guides Concerning the Use of Endorsements and Testimonials in Advertising ("FTC Endorsement Guides") and comparable rules in other jurisdictions.
1. Honest, genuine opinions
Endorsements must reflect the honest opinions, findings, or experience of the Endorser. Endorsers may not make claims about our services that they do not personally believe to be truthful or that we have not substantiated.
2. Disclosing material connections
Any material connection between Treasurium and an Endorser must be clearly and conspicuously disclosed at the point of endorsement. Material connections include payment, free or discounted products or services, revenue share, referral fees, tokens, employment or contractor relationships, and family or business relationships.
- On written or visual social posts, disclosures should appear near the top of the post — for example, "#ad", "#sponsored", "#TreasuriumPartner", or "Paid partnership with Treasurium".
- In video content, disclosures should appear both in the caption / description and verbally or on-screen early in the video.
- On livestreams and audio, disclosures should be repeated at reasonable intervals so viewers who join later can see them.
- Disclosures should be in the same language as the underlying content.
3. Claims we do not permit
Regardless of any endorsement, Endorsers may not:
- Guarantee financial returns, profits, or the performance of any strategy, agent, or asset.
- Suggest that Treasurium provides investment advice, brokerage, or custody services.
- Present hypothetical or backtested results as actual results.
- Make claims about Treasurium's services that have not been substantiated in writing by Treasurium.
4. Testimonials
Testimonials from customers reflect that customer's experience and are not typical or expected results for every user. Where we use a testimonial, we will do so only with the customer's permission and will make clear that results may vary.
5. Monitoring and enforcement
Treasurium reserves the right to require corrections or removal of endorsements that violate this policy or applicable law, and to terminate its relationship with any Endorser who does not comply.
